The Kinscent group has implemented security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use. We follow appropriate security procedures in the storage and disclosure of your personal data to prevent unauthorized access by third parties and to prevent accidental loss of your data. We restrict access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to do so. Those who have access to your data owe a duty of confidentiality to Kinscent.
We also have procedures in place to deal with suspected data security breaches. We will notify you and the applicable regulatory authorities of any suspected data security breach if legally required to do so.
We also require the recipients to whom we transfer your personal data to comply with the same. Unfortunately, however, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of any personal data you transmit to us via the Internet. Any such transmission is made at your own risk, and you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, distribution, damage, or destruction of your information, except to the extent we are legally required to assume such liability.
