Corporate Sales (BtoB)
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (equivalent work experience is acceptable)
- 8+ years of experience in field sales in the cosmetics/retail industry
- Experience developing new clients
- Excellent communication skills in and Japanese (English is a plus)
Preferred Experience/Skills
- Experience working with stores, products, legal, and business teams on negotiations and legal matters
- Proven track record of working with a variety of partners, including global buyers and store and parcel managers, to drive complex new product introductions, including partner management
- Experience promoting infrastructure software, databases, analytical tools, or application software to increase revenue
- Ability to utilize sales tools and information networks to build a sales network, effectively list new customers, develop sales plans, effective sales materials, review sales activities and develop action plans for the next round
- Ability to leverage C-level relationships with senior management.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with corporate clients’ management teams, provide input on strategic direction, and collaborate as a business partner
- Manage the business cycle and present to corporate clients and their management teams worldwide
- Lead account strategy to create and develop business growth opportunities Work with our customer engineers and Kinscent suppliers to maximize performance in assigned regions and develop new business opportunities with large enterprises
- Understand the individual customer’s sales floor base, strategic growth plans, business drivers, logistics strategies, and business environment
- Lead clients through the entire business cycle to achieve strategic objectives through business development and accurate forecasting
Web Solutions Engineer, Full Stack
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- +5 years of experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, C++, or similar.
- +3 years of experience in people management.
- Experience with Java and full stack Development.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with full stack management.
- Experience with the supply chain business domain.
- Excellent problem solving, people management, and communication skills, with a bias toward action.

- Work with internal teams to define and implement solutions to enhance fragrance sales on the e-commerce site.
- Lead analytical system design, data modeling, architecture, coding, performance tuning, testing, and support. Manage the software development life cycle.
- Maintain the highest level of development practices, including technical design, solution development, system configuration, test documentation/execution, problem identification and resolution, and writing clean, modular, self-sustaining code.
- Lead projects in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders to achieve key team and project goals.
